Anne and Jeannette founded FW Recruitment in 2003 after each having spent 18 years in recruitment, working within corporate organisations. Both managed large teams of staff covering a broad range of sectors across Central England.

As with our time in operations our ethos now in FW Recruitment is to listen to our clients needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Honesty and integrity are key elements of our service. We are passionate about our candidates and clients, getting the match right, always prepared "to go the extra mile" for both parties.

When not working Anne enjoys early morning Boot camp classes and running half marathons for Leukaemia/Lymphoma Research. It's not all active as she enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, baking and, spending hours creating decorative Cake Pops.

Jeannette, when not being a taxi to two busy teenagers, enjoys swimming and running although not very far! There is nothing she loves more than a glass of wine and reading her kindle when she has a quiet moment.
